Detailed description of Sunland Golf and Country Club
SunLand Golf and Country Club is a Semi-Private 18 hole golf course located in Sequim, Washington.
SunLand Golf and Country Club first opened for play in 1964. The course was designed by Vernon Macan.
SunLand Golf and Country Club is located in the the Sunland, 850 home, community. This very scenic course has a beautiful view of the mountains. There are large ponds that come into play on a couple of holes. There are out-of-bounds stakes on the left and right sides of many fairways. The greens are fast, and the fairways are narrow.
Par for the course is 72. From the back tees the course plays to 6319 yards. From the forward tees the course measures 5567 yards. The longest hole on the course is # 7, a par-5 that plays to 517 yards. The shortest hole on the course is # 17, a par-3 that plays to 134 yards from the back tees.
Watch out for # 3, a 440 yard par-4 challenge and the #1 handicap hole on the course. The easiest hole at SunLand Golf and Country Club is # 17, a 134 yard par-3.

The greens were just aerated which is why I judged them poor on this day. Usually they are perfect. We are members of the sunland Golf Club and recommend membership.

As soon as the plugged greens are healed, they will be in excellent condition. Open to the public on weekends with great deals. Pace of play is excellent.
